1972 Nova

About a year ago I sent my PCM in for tuning and I've been so satisfied with the results I forgot to write a review until now. I transplanted a 1996 LT1/T56 combo into my 1972 Chevy Nova. Normally I prefer to do everything myself, but I figured re-wiring the harness and adapting the car itself to fuel injection was enough of a challenge.
I don't know how the engine would have run with the stock tuning, but the fact that the engine started on the first try was awesome! The engine always starts on the first start, idles smooth and throws me back into the seat even with the 3.08 rear end.

I had my 96 Camaro tuned by Solomon, and am very impressed with the effort and attention he gave me. He provided several tunes based upon my data logging.
As a result, the Camaro feels like a totally different vehicle - an awakened beast. The shift points, throttle response, and overall power are substantially better. This, despite some issues with my fuel and EVAP systems that Solomon helped me identify.
I look forward to working with Solomon again with my Camaro once I make these repairs.

I got the PCM, put it in, and man does it run great. That car has never run that good in a very long time. I couldn't believe how smooth it sounds and how the car is not so rich that it makes you cry.
The tune is great, I can't think of any thing that I could have you change on it, I like it the way it is. And trust me, I will have you do all my tunes as long as you are doing this cause man you know what you are doing.

I took the car for a ride today, and I could feel the difference in the car's response, acceleration, and idle. Those SVO fuel injectors really do make a difference. I had the car up to 6000 RPMs with no problems whatsoever... don't worry Solomon, I'm a retired PO, and I was taught how to handle a vehicle at high speeds.
I think you have done it. My hat's off to you; I am completely satisfied!
